Ekotrope Named Finalist for NECEC Emerging Company of the Year

We’re excited to announce that Ekotrope has been named a finalist in the Northeast Clean Energy Council (NECEC)’s search for the Emerging Company of the Year! Between moving to a new office in the heart of Boston and rolling out countless upgrades to our apps, we’ve grown a lot this year. Ekotrope is now the most-used HERS analysis software in the US, with roughly 1 in 6 new homes using our technology and deployment at over 30 utility programs nationwide.

At Ekotrope, we believe in serving our customers and cultivating a more sustainable world. Homes built using Ekotrope save over 280,000 metric tons of CO2 annually - and we look forward to growing this impact in the years to come! We’re proud of how far we’ve come and are honored to have been nominated for this award. More importantly, we want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our customers and partners who have supported us, offered valuable feedback, and grown alongside us--thank you! We’ll be celebrating our nomination (and hopefully our victory!) at the NECEC’s 12th Annual Green Tie Gala on October 17th at the Seaport Hotel in Boston - hope to see you there!
