Ekotrope RATER v2.2 has been approved for calculating the 45L Energy Efficient Home Credit by the DOE! Several builders, raters and providers are already re-testing past rated homes using Ekotrope v2.2. The opportunity is to qualify homes that were sold 2014-2016 and get the $2000/home tax credit.
