New Auto QA feature by Ekotrope to save administrative QA time for Providers and Raters

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmC3CKTvGT4 This function (which will make many very happy!) provides an optional QA done automatically by Ekotrope to ensure that the project information entered by the Rater was inputted correctly. This feature includes sanity checks for common ratios and typos prior to submission to RESNET Registry. The goal is to save time on administrative QA and reduce cycle time. This feature was built in such a way that new automatic tests can be added easily. Thus – if you have tests that you perform (or would like to perform) that are not part of the initial 19 tests that we implemented – please let us know!
