New Multifamily Advisory Group

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Multifamily Advisory Group managed by Rob Salcido! Its purpose is to initiate direct collaboration with our clients who are knowledgeable in rating, testing and inspecting multifamily dwellings. This committee will help identify capabilities Ekotrope can deliver to better serve low-rise and mid-rise multifamily dwellings. We are committed to serving the needs of Providers and Raters for both single-family and multi-family buildings. Ongoing partnership with single family raters has led Ekotrope to introduce some of its key features with significant impact on the single family rating process (for example, a recent study showed that ratings with Ekotrope cuts average rating time by 11 minutes/rating). The team at Ekotrope is looking to expand this collaboration to make sure we serve the multifamily raters equally well.
